◾ The structure layout adopts a front measurement unit that is convenient for gear installation, and the measurement process is controlled by a single handle, which is convenient and practical. The software can automatically calculate the measurement stroke and adjust the measurement position of the measuring ball;
◾ The travel motor driver adopts the Panasonic A6 series fully digital AC synchronous unit from Japan, and a general-purpose microcomputer is used in conjunction with a motion control card to complete travel control. The digital high-precision grating (RSFMS15) is used for error detection and travel calibration. The measurement software under the brand new WINDOWS 10 professional can input the basic parameters (number of teeth, module, pressure angle, displacement coefficient) and accuracy level or free tolerance parameters of the tested gear for error evaluation, and can also perform statistical analysis of the measurement results using the software;
◾ Display and print measurement report forms, with the function of printing and displaying statistical analysis results.
◾ The second party shall recommend a suitable measurement plan based on the gear parameters provided by the first party;
◾ The detection data (see: Instrument measurement items and parameters) is automatically saved, and quality indicators such as GRR, CP, and CPK values can be analyzed based on the product model and date. The saved format is compatible with 0fficie software. For the testing of shaft products, we need another M-value testing instrument from our company. This device does not support M-value measurement for shaft components.
